How to play

Choose Learn on your own or Explain with a partner, then pick a five-word experiment. In Learn mode, students read the definition and example, answer a three-choice application check, and read an explanation written for the answer they chose. In Partner mode, one scientist describes the word while the other guesses without seeing the screen; mark Got it or Pass, investigate the example together, then switch roles. The optional 30/45-second clock starts off and never scores anything.

The learning notebook keeps first attempts separate from later corrections, in both modes, and prints or saves as a PDF. Results stay on the device; nothing is sent to you automatically.
